How ordering works
1. Upload 2–4 clear reference photos.
2. Tell us which features, outfit details, colors, and accessories matter most.
3. We review your order and contact you if we need clarification.
4. Your doll is handmade in 7–10 business days.
5. U.S. delivery takes an additional 7–14 business days and costs a flat $4.99.

We will send you a design preview before shipment. Please review the main colors, outfit, hairstyle and requested details before approval.
Before you order
Handmade portrait dolls are artistic interpretations, not exact replicas. Yarn colors, proportions, and small details may vary slightly.
Some images may be visual references used to illustrate customization possibilities. Each finished crochet piece is handmade and may vary slightly in appearance.
Personalized-order support
Because this item is personalized, change-of-mind returns are not generally accepted once production has started. If your doll arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from your approved customization or order, email hello@wemadeecrochet.shop and review our Returns, Remakes & Refunds Policy. Eligible cases may receive a remake or refund under that policy.
