These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of wemadeecrochet.shop and purchases from WeMadee Crochet. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on this website.
Eligibility and acceptable use
You must have legal capacity to enter a contract in your jurisdiction or use the website with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, disruptive, or rights-infringing activity; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; scrape the website in a way that harms its operation; or submit content that violates another person’s rights.
Products and handmade variations
Our crochet portraits are handmade artistic interpretations. Small variations in yarn color, stitching, proportions, measurements, and fine details are expected and make each piece unique. Product photographs, illustrations, mockups, and screen colors are provided to communicate the design and may not show the exact finished item. Some images may be visual references used to illustrate customization possibilities. Each finished crochet piece is handmade and may vary slightly in appearance.
Product information and availability
We try to keep descriptions, pricing, availability, and timelines accurate. We may correct obvious typographical, technical, or pricing errors and may limit quantities or discontinue a product. If a material error affects an order, we will contact you before fulfillment and provide an appropriate choice.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated receipt confirms that we received the order; it does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, unavailable materials, an obvious pricing error, prohibited personalization, inability to complete the requested design, or another legitimate operational reason. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the canceled amount.
Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping and applicable taxes are shown separately at checkout. Payment must be authorized before production begins. Payments may be processed by independent payment providers, and their terms and privacy practices also apply. We do not store complete payment-card numbers on our own website when payment is handled by those providers.
Customer photos and personalization content
You retain ownership of photos and other content you submit. You confirm that you own the content or have permission from the owner and any recognizable person to provide it for this order. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to access, reproduce, crop, adapt, and share the content with personnel and service providers only as reasonably necessary to design, produce, deliver, and support your order; comply with law; and prevent fraud.
We will not use a customer’s private reference photo in public marketing without separate permission. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, hateful, exploitative, sexually explicit, or rights-infringing content. We may refuse content that we reasonably believe is unsafe, unlawful, or inappropriate.
Design previews and customer approval
When a preview is offered, you are responsible for checking the names, colors, clothing, accessories, and other requested details. Reasonable corrections related to the original instructions may be requested before approval. A new concept or substantial change may require additional time or cost. After approval, work or shipment may continue and preference-based changes are not guaranteed.
Production, shipping, and delivery
Current production time, shipping cost, and delivery estimates are stated on the product page and in our Shipping Policy. Dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will provide the notice and choices required by applicable law.
Cancellations, remakes, and refunds
Because personalized products are made for one customer, cancellation and return rights are limited after production starts. Our Cancellations & Order Changes Policy and Returns, Remakes & Refunds Policy form part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits a remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
Website content and intellectual property
Except for customer-submitted content and third-party materials, the website’s branding, text, graphics, layout, and original content belong to WeMadee Crochet or its licensors. You may use the website for personal shopping purposes but may not copy, sell, republish, or commercially exploit its content without written permission.
Third-party services and links
The website may rely on hosting, analytics, payment, shipping, email, and other third-party services. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their independent content, availability, terms, or privacy practices.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from website downtime, third-party services, carrier events, or misuse of a product. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.
Events outside reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, carrier disruption, natural disaster, labor interruption, government action, or widespread service failure. We will communicate material delays and honor applicable legal obligations.

To the extent permitted by law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections in your home jurisdiction remain applicable where required.
Changes and severability
We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. The version in effect when an order is placed governs that order unless a change is required by law. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
